In 1996, Cathy, Bob and Cathy's parents, June and Mike Slatter from Maes-y-Neuadd Hotel in Talsarnau decided to completely restore the hotel and this mammoth task was undertaken bringing the building up to modern standards whilst retaining many of the original Victorian features. The hotel is an excellent base for exploring the mountains and coastal regions of the Snowdonia National Park, the areas' historical castles, the Llyn Peninsular, Portmeirion Italianate Village, The Ffestiniog Railway, Llechwedd Slate Caverns and many more places of interest.
We pride ourselves in our high standards of service and excellent housekeeping and we will do our utmost to ensure you enjoy your stay with us.
We are children friendly, being parents of a young family ourselves we understand the needs and facilities required for families. Sorry, we are not able to take pets.
